Let us register you with builders on your first visit and we will pay up to $2,000 of your closing costs. This savings will not apply if you visit or contact the builder yourself and call us later. We must accompany you on the first visit to the models. Also, some new home developers do not cooperate with Realtors and in that event, we cannot offer you the above closing assistance.

If you have the urge to live in an estate size home on one or more acres, it will cost you from $600,000 to well into the millions.

In The Acreage you can still build or buy a brand new home with about 1,800 square feet of air conditioned living area, on a 1.1 acre or larger lot, for about $350,000 and up, with many of the new homes now selling for well over $500,000.
